These Shipping Terms govern the delivery of products purchased from Velin Beauty (the “Site”) to customers in Europe and other supported countries.

2 — Delivery Areas

We ship to all European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
For customers outside these areas, please contact our support team to check delivery availability.

3 — Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and delivery address.

• Free shipping for orders over $50.

• For orders under $50, shipping costs will be shown during checkout.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4 — Delivery Times

• Standard shipping within the EU: 3–7 business days

• International shipping (UK, Switzerland, Norway): 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

5 — Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package online at any time.

6 — Customs Fees & Taxes

For EU countries, no additional customs fees apply.
For orders shipped to the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

7 — Delivery Conditions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. The customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs due to an incorrect address.

• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
